The three most important factors in my life that influence my values are...
1.Shaylah.
2.The parents.
3.Media.
The value system of others is acceptable to some degree. For instance if the person believed that killing innocent people was right and just well, it would be completely wrong. So, the answer to "Are all value systems (of all people) equally acceptable?" is NO they are not. There is a
a lot i don't understand but my moral values are completely clear. Throughout the years i expect a few of my moral values to change but i don't think that many will because my moral values are not shady. If they were to change i think that it would be my friends that change my moral values.
THE DEATH PENALTY
I think in my standards that the death penalty is morally correct. In yesterday's paper a student in PMSS, stated Amnesty International was against the death penalty and therefore the student in question should also be. The reason AI is against the death penalty is because it violates a basic human right, The right to live. I believe that the student should be able to have his/her own moral standards. I agree with the "Right to Live" to some degree, but if the person ended up on death row, it was because he killed another person or many other people. I agree with the death penalty as well, to take so many peoples lives such as Robert Picton did, is completely wrong and irritating to have the death penalty would be good for messed up people like him mass murder not just one, because if that person was convicted of it and he didn't do it then he doesn't have to die but for criminals that suck the money right out of us like, Robert Picton, Clifford Olson and Ted Bundy all sit in jail and live pretty healthy lives. They don't have to worry about finances that's what they getting for killing countless people? Death row would solve that its wrong to let them live. A life for a life, these people would have killed so many innocent bystanders that by the time a life for a life was done their kids kids kids kids grand kids would still be on death row. So lets not let them repopulate put them on death row and stop the madness.

Stephen King's, The Long Walk
In Stephen King's novel The Long Walk, the main character Ray Garraty is challenged by Peter McVries on his relationship with his girlfriend.
" 'You're cheating what you felt,' Garraty said.
'Ah, you're the one faking it, Ray, not that it matters. All you remember is the great romance, not all the times you went home and jerked your meat after whispering words of love in her shell-pink ear.'
" 'You fake your way, I'll fake mine.' "
Everyone has problems with love. McVries had big problems with his girlfriend and it is different than the troubles that Garraty has, obviously if Garraty has no problems with his girlfriend when it comes down to it then his love is pure. We all have people that try and convince us that we are not in love and that sucks. These people just don't realize that they are not in your mind and they can't tell you that you are not in love. Ray has been split apart from his girl friend for a period of 24 hours at this point and shes one of the only things keeping him on that road. The road would represent a path in live that we are tackling and walking down the things we choose could lead to death but only one thing can keep us going in the end, Love. In my situation the guy i love i have been away from for 3 weeks and before that 4 years. Love keeps you going. This path that Garraty has chosen to take in his personal life is a path that will keep him going, and hopefully keep me going.

This text is McVries trying to convince Garraty that he is in fact faking it. Faking your way sometimes is the only thing you can do, until it becomes true. To cheat on life by faking your way is not right but the only thing. Saying your in love is a whole different thing that actually being in love. I know this because i used to say i was in love with someone in grade 6-8 but i wasn't really, love is way different than lust and Garraty is in Love.

The novel
I have nothing to do so I'm commenting on the first 60 pages of the graphically gruesome novel THE LONG WALK by Stephen King.
In these first sixty pages, I love the book. It has so much detail and is suspenseful. The main Character seems to be Garraty who is a shy yet confident you man who lives in Maine. And 3 people have died so far yeh for them Nameless and Erwing and Curley. They no longer have to walk. I predict Garraty will win because he would have to the book is written in his mind. Oh yeah and written in 3rd person limited omniscient.

I hadn't heard or seen my friend Shelby in 7 years, until i got on face book and found her. We turned out the same pretty much. Face book does however shine blackness. This is the place where rumours are started and heard and are completed. Rumours that could ruin peoples lives. Assignment #2
1. Gossip is not good.
2.Gossip is what insecure people do.
3. Gossip can help people to see what they are doing wrong and change it.
4. Gossip can really hurt people.
5. Gossip is unruly rumors that everyone does.
This article is about the good things gossip does.
MY RESPONSE
I hate gossip and i disagree, if you ask those people if the gossip helped or hurt they would probably say it hurt. Gossip is not what people should do to get to know people. It would be wiser just to ask because you wouldn't hurt those people as much and it wouldn't hurt your chance at knowing them. Those people who spend 2 hours everyday those are the people that have no lives and so get involved in other peoples so they can try and steal those peoples lives. It is very similar to Identity theft. By gossiping you are stealing a part of that persons life.
The saddest part more than half of the people who read my blog will probably talk about how much a loser i am and that is fine because i don't care that much about what you all say. Just think that after reading this you will tell your best friend/boyfriend/girlfriend and it won't be nice because gossip is not nice, Gossip is never nice.
So, next time you talk about someone behind their back ask yourself, is this helping or hurting?

Option 1
The Mask ,
is my poem and my personal reaction to it was startled, i don't know, i think it makes me feel that its true, that i do wear a superficial mask and have a guard up so no one will hurt me again, i was always the one people picked on when we were younger i got bullied, thank God not anymore. well, what first attracted me to it is after i wrote it i read it out loud and i liked it. I first read it a year ago, out loud in English after i wrote it. It is about Waring a mask that no one can see but everyone knows its there, and you hide behind it.

This is my blog welcome. I do like poetry and writing it. I really just wanted to see how this looked. So, working hard or hardly working?
The Mask
I wear a mask, around my eyes, so people cannot see you.
My heart is hidden within my Iris I also can not see you.
I wear the mask in my ears so that I can not hear you.
You define me and everything about me, you are my future you are my past you are my confidence and my grudge you are the life I wish I had
And the pain that I should have run from,
You are my chocolate, my sin, every bone in my body is made from you,
Are my body
My mask created from within you
Is hidden within my mind, if people listen close they can hear you. If I tell them about you, would you go so far as to kill me?
Who are you, you are not me.
You are the voice of Pain and ears of God you hear everything
But you do not tell me what I want to hear
You only tell me what I already know.
I watch your reflection in my glass,
You are much more beautiful than I.
Time is held in your hands and is cradled in that of my every existence.
If I were to die you would also go with me,
Your world is the same as mine.
We are connected in the same way.
It takes only one person to stop you,
You see me why do you not talk to me I am human too.
Do you see me?
Am I really there?
Am I a figment of space?
Do you see my eyes hear my mind?
Are they closed?
You are my mind,
My heart,
My eyes,
My voice,
My ears,
You are the mask,
The one am afraid I use too much,
Be gone mask,
So I can be myself.
